Located just steps from the seafront and the bike path connecting Palese to Santo Spirito, it offers all the comforts and essential services are within easy reach.

The villa features a living room, kitchen, hallway, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Outside, there's a furnished patio with a flower garden and citrus grove.

Outdoor parking is available in an adjacent fenced driveway.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, coffee table, ottoman, coat rack, magazine rack, 43-inch Smart TV with swivel arm, split air conditioning;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, extendable dining table with chairs, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and drip coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM I with double bed with topper, bedside tables, desk with drawers, luggage rack, hangers, mirror, built-in wardrobe, velvet armchair, ottoman, split air conditioning;

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Villa Agapanto is located in Palese, a neighborhood of Bari known for being one of the least chaotic and safest suburbs of the city, and which has seen a growing demographic increase, becoming a predominantly residential area. The apartment is located a few steps from the Palese seafront, full of fish restaurants and clubs for the evening, but also a short distance from shops where you can go shopping in the center of Palese. A few steps away is also the seaside area: among the establishments present we highlight the Lido Title and the Lido Moretti, perfect for both adults and children, whose pebble beaches make the water cleaner and crystal clear. The airport is just 4 km away, while the center of Bari and all points of interest can be easily reached by public transport in about half an hour. All the essential services are finally within reach: bars, pharmacy and supermarket are in fact within a 10 minute walk.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: The apartment can be reached by taxi or rental car in less than 10 minutes (4 km), or by taking bus line 33 to the Vittorio Veneto-Sabotino stop, a 4-minute walk from the apartment.
