The 30 sq m aparmnet is located on the ground floor of a building (there are two steps to access) and has an independent entrance.
The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with two induction burners, mini fridge with freezer, moka, electric kettle and microwave
- Living area with single sofa bed, dining table and split AC
- Bedroom with double bed, single sofa bed, built-in wall and 36 \"inch smart TV
- Toilet with shower box and wc with hand shower.
Additional facilities available for the guests: TIM fiber UNLIMITED WIFI, electric stove, a fan, small fire extinguisher, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
N.B.: the keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
ATTENTION: the apartment is located in the ZTLin the heart of the pedestrian area, and can NOT be reached by car. It is possible to park for a fee or for free (NOT guaranteed) in Via Ruggiero Il Normanno or for a fee on Lungomare Imperatore Augusto, both 200m from the property.
For larger groups, it is possible to book, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, \"La Casetta Apt x4 in the heart of Bari Vecchia\" and \"La Casuccia x2 a step from the Basilica S. Nicola\", for a total of 10 people.

It is the ideal starting point for exploring the city and its monuments, easily reachable on foot: 150 meters from the Basilica of San Nicola and the Cathedral of San Sabino, 350 meters from the Swabian Castle, 200 meters from the Lungomare Imperatore Augusto, 650 meters from the Teatro Margherita Museum and the Araldo di Crollalanza seafront. The flat is also within walking distance of all the services needed for a comfortable stay: minimarket, bar, pharmacy and restaurants are in fact within 250 meters. Finally, don\'t miss a trip to the Panificio Fiore which produces the best focaccia in Italy, just 150 meters away!
Not only does Bari capture tourists\' eyes, but also their palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from \"sgagliozze\" to the fried \"panzerotto\", from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to puree broad beans, from Bari\'s raw ham to the famous \"orecchiette\" with turnip tops.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the flat can be reached in 18 minutes on foot (1.5 km).
- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: pay attention because the flat is located within the ZTL and cannot be reached by car (pedestrian street).
