“Location, location, location! I was right in the heart of Bariloche and able to walk everywhere. I even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from my balcony. The staff was very friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed. I loved the breakfasts and especially the charming tea room where they were served each morning. I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and a perfect location in Bariloche.”

“Initial room we were put in was small, bathroom minuscule and noisy. Next day we asked to be moved and we were moved into better room. Ask for room at back. Parking great. Staff helpful and nice. ”

“Very good location, dead center and grand view towards lake and mountains. Also plus for own car parking behind closed gate. Minus for hopelessly poor wi-fi.”

“A great view of the lake but apart from that, the hotel disappointed. The food was basic and the coffee at breakfast was terrible and totally undrinkable. The staff were not particularly friendly and the hotel felt very corporate and with an atmosphere. We were given a twin room despite booking a double and were then moved to a smaller room when we asked to change for a room with one bed.”

“Lite utanför, men inga större problem, gångavstånd till centrum. Vacker omgivning. Trevliga rum, bra service och mysigt poolområde med " gym grejor". Väldigt god mat!!!! Bra frukost, men ät tidigt...”

“All great! Helpful staff. Wish the breakfast had some more options that was not so sweet. Its close to bus communications, we spend our time here without a car, it was smooth! Ask for a room with a view to get the full experience! ”

“The property is nice, located not far from the city centre. The staff, was ok, except for the morning staff who was quite pedantic with his responses and had an attitude. The area of the pool is outside the hotel and there’s no direct access. The floor is the pool area is in a very poor condition and needs significant maintenance (the wood floor is was pretty broken) ”
