âHotel appeared to be newly renovated so while things were fresh and comfortable it appeared that there were a few issues that they were still working on. Overall, exceptionally cute historic boutique hotel. Would recommend!â
âIt was very clean and nicely decorated. The house is a cool old building. The AC worked great (important, as it was super muggy outside.) I was only there for a couple nights but I think it would have worked well for a longer stay. â
âThe best part of my stay was checking out. However, I would have checked out earlier had I noticed the plastic wrapped around the smoke alarm. More noticeable was that the toilet handle was falling off, the walls were paper thin, there was a pubic hair in the bathtub, and the maintenance panel in the elevator was barely hanging on. I have at least learned what to expect with a 7/10 rating on this website. Never again!â
âWe had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. â
