The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 35 m² flat for rent in Barneville-Carteret, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 35 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 14 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with two single beds and a sofa-bed
- A shower room with shower and WC, accessible from the bedroom
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 35 m² garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
