“They have the worst management team and no coordination whatsoever. We were given a room that wasn’t ready upon our arrival and nothing in the room was working. The shower and tub were dirty and management claimed that was their usual condition, which we had to be told only after raising a complaint. “Amazing experience. Great value for us 5. Both chalets were perfect. We did the afternoon safari and saw plenty of different animals. The guide was very useful and gave us many explanations and comments. The dinner was superb, congrats to the chef! Good breakfast. Staff very available and kind. Will definitely come back for more days”
