House rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

Pets are not allowed
🧹Bed linen and towels as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the toilets.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 in cleaning fees will be charged.

📝 A digital contract signature and your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police record, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
