Hotell i Barrio Pueblo

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“Nice and clean”

“Can not recommend. Room smelled moldy and musty - got respiratory issues, and allergic reaction to the mold. Front desk did not adress the issues, only stating fully booked. ”

“Hotellet låg extremt långt utanför stan och det var jättesvårt och dyrt att ta sig runt OM man inte har bil. Stranden var inte alls bra utan man får ta sig ca 30 minuter med bil till en mycket bättre eller gå 15 minuter till en som var helt okej. Killen i receptionen var dock extremt hjälpsam och erbjöd väldigt god service så tack vara han blev inte våra nätter där så tokiga trots allt.”

“Bueno para descansar.”

“Overall nice votel, but the point about a hotel is that you should be able to sleep. And unfortunately the AC is way too cold and the fan was blowing on full speed, and the control to adjust it wasn't activated. Other issues was that there was no soap in the bathroom and long lines to enter the breakfast, but that are minor issues.”

“Everything was perfect!”

“All the staff from cleaning crew on up were very helpful and attentive. Definitely would recommend your beautiful establishment. I wasn't given the name of the person that found my earring and placed it where I could find it in the car from valet parking. I really want to thank you for that. That meant a lot because they were a gift from my dad.”

“Minimal städning. Heltäckningsmatta kunde man inte gå barfota på. Då fastnade gamla hårstrån, damm mm. som sedan hamnade i sängen.”

“Great stay rooms just small”

“Room was nice”
