“Todo muy limpio el Res. Proseres del hotel muy bueno, sólo recomendaría instalar cisterna de agua ya qué una nache no hubo por problemas del gobierno. Lo recomiendo y vuelvo. El dueño y empleados son muy amables.”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“Todo estaba limpio, estaban en mejorias y en arreglos de algunas areas, el staff amable y atentos. El desayuno continental no fue de nuestras expectativas, esperabamos algo más, como la proteína, había pan, cereales (cornflakes), avena y manzanas. El área de la piscina estubo limpia y espaciosa. En el área de niños, el joven que nos atendió muy servicial, comunicativo y atento. Los cuartos excelente, agua caliente, dos camas, agua caliente, closet, tabla de planchar, TV, Direct TV le funcionaba...

“The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again.”

“Mer hostel än hotell. Okej bemötande av personal. "Continental breakfast" var rostbröd, jordnötssmör och färska äpplen. Mysig liten gata i universitetsområdet, men lååångt om man vill promenera till stränderna.”

“I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive.
