“The room was well taken care of in a decent location, the on site parking was super convenient as well! My favorite part of the stay was the staff members, they were so incredibly nice and helpful. Any interaction we had, they were eager to help and give recommendations on things to do around the area! I also loved that they had beach necessities like towels and lotions to borrow! Next visit I would absolutely stay at this property again!”

“First off the food at the restaurant was delicious. But otherwise it was a very dated room. The beach was horrible. Maybe it was because it was winter, but you couldn’t walk on the sand without things poking through it into your feet as well as in the beach. It was fenced off from the beach because it was a public beach so the chairs I expected was expecting to be set up nicely with an umbrella were located inside the fence area and they were a couple on the beach with no umbrellas. “One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. ”

“Stayed a night here together with my husband before traveling to the east coast of the island. The service was excellent and the hotel is located relatively close to the airport and has free parking. A complimentary breakfast can be had at a nearby café/restaurant. Will stay here again if I come back to San Juan. ”
