We reached out to you several times to ask for an arrival time. Your telephone number was submitted incorrectly. On occasions guests do not arrive whatsoever and this was pointing towards this. . No mention about the lovely large unit I placed you in to make your safe box arrival very quick and easy to get to get too....................Always one..............

Sorry to hear you encountered some problems. The remote control is working fine on inspection and our wifi is usually of good standard and we never received any other mention . I am thinking this could have been an external problem. We have had no reports of problems with the cooker although I will certainly inspect this. I really hope we can house you again and we can ensure you have a more positive stay.

Many thanks for taking time to review us. Many of our rooms have had a complete makeover and we are hoping to finalise all of the Apartments by the end of 2021. I will speak to The Housekeepers re the cutlery in the Apartment as we have extra pans in the office and they should be replaced as and when. needed.......... Rest assured we will take on board your points and raise them with Management. ......
