Ferienhaus am See mit Sauna

This cozy vacation home with a sauna, direct lake access, and a stunning location is ideal for relaxing. Whether you’re looking to enjoy relaxation and wellness with family or friends, as a couple, or on your own, you’ll be in good hands at our vacation home.
We rent out this vacation home right on Lake Harkebrügger in Barßel, with private lake access.
Pets are welcome.

The house sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet.
A living-dining room with an open kitchen,
a sofa bed,
an extendable table that seats up to 10 people, and a view of the water.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
A washer and dryer are available. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and double sinks.
Underfloor heating throughout the house.
The attic has been converted (with a TV and a 160x200 bed) and can be used as a sleeping loft upon request.

Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are provided for up to 6 people.
Parking for up to 4 cars.
The garden is fenced and lockable. Covered patio facing the lake. Barbecue fireplace. Sauna house with a relaxation room measuring 3x3 m and a sauna room measuring approx. 2.8x2 m (please bring your own sauna towels).

A 3x6 m dock invites you to linger; two lounge chairs and a sofa are provided.
The lake is up to 23 m deep and offers a refreshing dip after the sauna.

During the summer months, you can swim in the lake’s crystal-clear water. Walks around the lake offer great views of the water.
Thanks to the well-developed network of bike paths, the area is perfect for cycling and e-bike tours.
Upon request and for a fee, two Talamex folding bikes are available for rent.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery and tranquility around the lake and the lovely Oldenburg Münsterland region. Destinations such as Oldenburg, Papenburg, Leer, and the “Zwischenahner Meer” are just a half-hour drive away. It’s a good 60–80-minute drive to the North Sea.
The town of Harkebrügge (about 2 km away) offers: an Edeka supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, a Sparkasse bank, a doctor’s office, and a pharmacy—everything you need for your stay.

Other places to visit: Barfußpark (1 km), Barßel Harbor (6 km), and Thüle Animal and Leisure Park in Friesoythe (20 km).

Unfortunately, fishing is not allowed!!! Parties are not permitted!!!
