The charmingly furnished Heimathafen vacation apartment with unobstructed views of Barth harbor awaits you with a south-facing balcony in Barth in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The accommodation is 24 km from Stralsund. You benefit from free high-performance WLAN.

The Space:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building completed in 2019 directly on the Barth marina. The house has the latest standard: underfloor heating, very good floor-to-ceiling windows, separate toilet and a large south-facing balcony.
The furnishings are high quality. The windows facing the harbor have light-proof pleated blinds and curtains. To the south, towards the old town, there are electric shutters.
The apartment is accessible by elevator.

From the spacious eat-in kitchen and the bedroom you have a fantastic view of the Barther Bodden.

The 85m² apartment has an inviting bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a sofa bed, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave as well as a bathroom with shower, washing machine, another toilet and a living room with a flat-screen TV with cable connection. A desk also offers plenty of space to work.

For added convenience, the accommodation offers towels and bed linen for an extra charge.
There are parking spaces at the Osthafen behind the “Speicher”. Costs: 5€ per week.

The historic market square, a supermarket, bakery, small cafés and restaurants are within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Warnemünde is 47 km from Barther Hafen, while Rostock is 50 km away. The nearest airport is Rostock-Laage Airport, 58 km from the accommodation.

Other Things to Note:
The visitor's tax is already included in the accommodation price and does not need to be paid separately.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €20 per person.
