“Room was very clean and big. People in reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great in comparison with other hotels in the US.”

You can hear them slamming in the night while trying to sleep and it's no one's fault, they just automatically slam due to their weight. I wouldn't allow my senior father to handle the door at all as I didn't trust they wouldn't knock him over. On one of our two mornings, the breakfast ladies...

“The room had roaches and tons of cigarette burns in the only blanket.”

“It was a nice stay, but the front desk staff needs to stand up when registering guests.”
