A warm and open entryway welcomes you with an inviting living room with wood burning fireplace. Firewood is provided for the duration of your stay.
The spacious living areas provide enough room for the whole family to enjoy time together while at the same time feeling warm and cozy.

The main living area has a oversized bedroom set up as a children`s sleeping area with two sets of bunk beds and a twin bed with twin trundle. In this space there is plenty of room for the kids to spread out, have fun, play and also watch TV should they exhaust themselves with everything the outdoors has to offer! On this main living area there is spacious a full bathroom.

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm and includes a drip coffee machine, french press and electric kettle. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for the duration of your stay!

The upper level has two amazing Queen bedrooms, one overlooking the front of the house and one, the back. In between these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with a shower.

The lower level, underneath the main living area has one further bedroom with two twin beds, but these are not included in the bed count as we advise against sleeping in the basement (lack of egress) and a dedicated work space in its own room with a day bed for those that need some peace and quiet away from the group.

The Basement area houses a washer and dryer for your use with provided detergents and a very convenient ski rack and storage area. It is also here that you will find the high chair provided for the house and many other useful items that can be used as a complimentary service to guests at all times.

This incredible property is complimented by the most spectacular back yard that borders right on the slope side of Attitash Mountain, one of New Englands` Premier Ski resorts. It is here where the fun really begins and the memories are made around the open air fire pit, children`s ninja warrior course, grill with complimentary propane and spacious deck with multiple seating areas. Ski right in to the back yard from the slopes of Attitash, up to the back door and walk right up to the fireplace with a nice cup of hot chocolate.

Guests have access to the entire space/property and have access via an entry keypad with a code. Check in instructions are sent out a week ahead of arrival.

You need to be over 25 to book this property or show at least three good reviews from previous hosts.
We do have noise monitoring software that measures decibels only and do not allow parties or events of any kind.
This property can sleep up to 12 guests, however we only allow up to 10 to stay at any time.
We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs at any time but they are not allowed from going to the upstairs level of the house.
Parking - 4 car max
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is provided for the fire pit from May 1st through October.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: Window units for the bedrooms: the two queen bedrooms upstairs and the bunk room on the main floor—provided from May 1st through September 30th.
