“Everything was great, BUT the water pressure was the worst and the hot water ran out fast. We were on the 1st floor. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly, but to their defense, they were solo and perhaps a tad overwhelmed when we arrived at 9 pm. The hotel was booked with soccer players.”

The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor. We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out. Breakfast was superb....

“Parking is secure. Room seems newly remodeled. Mostly clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy at all hours of the night which woke me up. I stayed on a weekend so this may be less of an issue during the week.”

“No room service, no utensils in the room, no coffee available. Saying complementary breakfast included in the reservation knowing that the hotel ONLY offers muffins and hot chocolate is simply disrespectful.”

“Some parts are clean. Other parts were not more people going to the restaurant then the hotel. Staff was amazing for the most part ice machine was broken, and I’m pretty sure that milk in the espresso machine was bad cause it made me feel sick.”

“To pay for a breakfast is kind of bizarre to me when most, if not all hotels I’ve stayed at- the breakfast was all inclusive in the total price of the stay. The TV was also very dim & you couldn’t adjust it. Overall it was okay. Nice bed & spacious room.”

“Check in required more information than I expected and also required signing open agreement that included elements unrelated to the rental. Soap, shampoo and tissues were unavailable., only two towels for two people for two nights. Cumbersome gate entry”
