“Mi room don't have a blinds”

“The stay was decent.”

“We were supposed to have an ‘accessible’ room. Although the bed was lowered and I could negotiate my wheelchair around the room, the bathroom was NOT accessible. There were NO bars near the toilet and NONE in the shower. The shower had glass doors-big no-no for challenged people. It just had a shower head and no wand. No working pool, no gym in the summer. The breakfast cinnamon rolls were great! Need more fresh fruit.”

“Nice clean room with a full size fridge. Stayed here multiple times whenever we come visit Sacramento area.”

“Bugs. Renovation after a fire. Loud AC.”

“When I did check in, it seems like the systems were down so a copy of my ID as well as my credit card card was held. The Wi-Fi was off for a while so that was something that I do. Look forward to having in a hotel. I also listen to the toilet running all night and they had many people running down the hallway and making a lot of noise. I probably will not go to that one next time. I will probably go to another one.”

“Besides our room keys resetting every couple of hours and having to go get them recalibrated at the front desk. Getting locked out of our room for a couple of hours because the system went down and also having to get evacuated the stay wasn’t bad. 🙄”

“Everything was perfect and we would definitely return!”

“Overall the stay and hotel were wonderful. My only complaint was that I reserved the room for 5 (1 adult and 4 kids). Three of those kids are teenagers”

“Expensive for the standard you get. No breakfast included.”
