“What a special place! If you are into unique, historical and elegant, this is your place. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. The gardens were beautiful. The only let down was we thought there would be a made-to-order breakfast but the cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were fine. There was only one other couple staying so it was quiet and peaceful.”

“It’s a beautiful hotel. It was very clean and the interior was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great brunch at the hotel before leaving. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Little Rock. I give it five stars.”

“When we checked in, the front desk attendant was phenomenal!! We were tired from traveling all day and had just left another hotel that was filthy. She was very patient. Our rooms were clean and it was a very pleasant experience.”

“The room was clean and nice. The pillows were like. Disappeared after laying on them. The staff…. Not friendly at all. Not helpful.”

“Valet service was kaos. There was a concert and other events so maybe an unusual situation. I wouldn't let it take away from my otherwise excellent rating, but i do hope they address it.”

“Convenient to airport”

“I wouldn’t stay here again because no one is there to help you after their hours. They never had a rolling luggage cart. The guy said they only had one and it never was available. Also, I didn’t feel safe at times my sister and niece also had somebody following them when they went to their vehicle. There is no broom or anyway to clean the floors, not enough towels. The trash situation is crazy. I will say one thing is the beds are comfortable.”
