“I gave an okay because of our disappointment with the balcony view. It was awful. Back of the building. Bad enough that we never even sat out there. It was best to leave the curtain closed. Garbage below and the view was old cabins with lots of undesirable stuff. Room#117 Booking 4 months in advance didn’t seem to help. Also this was $400 for two nights. Looking around the hotel there were nice areas like the pool area, wooded areas, even the parking lot or street view would have been better....

“We had a peaceful, wonderful stay at the Estate House at Knickerbocker Mansion. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and Patrick was responsive, friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble connecting the TV and needed help with luggage. The bed was comfortable, the wood accents were stunning, and the location was conveniently close to the village. “The location was great, right in the middle of everything. All the places that we wanted to go were within 5-10 minutes. The staff was very helpful and prompt to questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!”

“They upgraded us to one of the nicer sweets that had a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a bed with a separate bathroom, all for well under $200 a night. You can use the amenities at both of their properties, they have a heated pool at one of them. Rooms were great, the only thing I would ask for would be a king size bed, because the biggest beds that were available were Queens. “There was a mouse in the cabin, we called for support ,maintenance was sent and placed glue traps behind the stove. Not the experience I was expecting for my husband’s birthday weekend. we actually only slept at cabin one night instead of two that were paid off due to this inconvenience.”

“We enjoyed using the hot tub and the location was very convenient. The house could use a deep clean though. The house felt very musty. The bed in the master is actually two twins bed which was an annoyance and there were very limited towels provided for showering/hot tub. ”
