Located in the center of the town, this ice cream bar has become over time a reference point for those looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a selection of quality artisanal ice cream. Its history is intertwined with that of Barzio, a holiday resort renowned for its proximity to the mountains and for the charm it has always exerted on tourists and artists. The place has recently reopened, maintaining the vintage atmosphere but with an eye to the present.
In the residence there are 5 apartments, which can accommodate 6-7 people, thanks to the large spaces, 2 bedrooms and the availability of extra beds.
Primula apartment, on the 2nd floor without elevator, is perfect for families and groups of friends who want to spend a few days in the mountains in a convenient and central location.
The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who want accommodation in a very central location.
At your disposal you will have a large apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a cot for a total of 2 additional places, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The large terrace, overlooking Via Martiri Patrioti Barziesi, offers a wonderful view of the Grigne group.
The apartment is fully equipped: we provide a set consisting of 3 towels per person and sheets for each bed, washed by a professional laundry. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook, including a small welcome kit with salt, pepper, oil and coffee; in the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. Among the main equipment: internet, TV, washing machine, stove, oven, coffee machine and everything you need to cook at home.
The apartment can be rented together with the other four in the residence: in total, the 5 apartments can accommodate up to 30 people.
The location allows easy access on foot to the central area of the town, where you will find bars, restaurants, shops and services. In addition, you will be a 1-minute walk from the stop of the free shuttle that takes you to the ski lifts.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that has measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. It is part of the NativooForGood project, which promotes the sustainable development of short term rentals on the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.
