Il Giardino di Prada is an independent apartment on the ground floor, ideal for couples, families and small groups who want to stay in Barzio in a quiet, comfortable and well-equipped environment.
The location is one of its strengths: the center of Barzio can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, while a shuttle is available nearby to reach the Piani di Bobbio cable car during periods of service.
The apartment offers about 50 m² of space, with a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, for up to 5 guests.
You'll find everything you need even for multi-day stays: kitchen equipped with dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, private entrance and convenient free parking.
The kitchen allows you to comfortably prepare breakfast or dinner after a day spent in the mountains, while the outdoor spaces offer a place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the environment.
Barzio is an excellent starting point for discovering Valsassina in every season. In winter you can reach Piani di Bobbio for a day in the snow; the shuttle stops just a few meters from the house. In other seasons you can set off to discover trails, panoramas and villages in the valley. And after a day outdoors, you can return to a quiet environment, leave your car comfortably in the parking lot and enjoy the rest of the day without having to give up comfort.
The apartment is delivered complete with sheets and towel sets for all guests, and a welcome kit consisting of oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.
