Spacious apartment surrounded by mountains with a breathtaking view! Located in the heart of Barzio, a picturesque mountain resort, this house is an authentic retreat near the renowned Piani di Bobbio ski slopes and just a 15-minute drive from the picturesque Lake Como. The apartment has a bright living room with access to a large balcony, a kitchen complete with a dining area, a bathroom, and two double bedrooms, one of which also offers an additional single bed. Well stocked and spacious, it can comfortably accommodate groups of up to five people, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Among the services offered to our guests are a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom equipped with every comfort, as well as Wi-Fi to always stay connected. Free private parking and easy access by car make your stay even more convenient. The strategic location of the apartment also makes it close to shops, restaurants and the bus stop that goes directly to the chairlift for the ski resorts.
Located on the first floor of a condominium dedicated to short rentals, with a total of 20 beds, the apartment offers a unique and unforgettable experience. Please note that there is no elevator.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season

Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
