“A very nice tucked away hotel. Almost like a resort. Food can be pricey but good. Front desk workers are friendly. A worker named Met was absolutely amazing. He went above & beyond to help me with a cart rental. Drove me around town above his call of duty. Lana front desk manager render platinum customer service the entire stay.”

“Good value for money, pretty much what you can expect from a hotel chain in this price range. Breakfast was ok, room was clean and service was good. My only complaint is that the AC in the room was very loud, even when running on low.”

“Pretty standard. Rooms were nice and clean, but they didn’t clean the room during our stay. Most of the outlets and USB ports in the room did not work. Pool was also out of order, and they ran out of half of the breakfast items quickly.”

“The room and staff were great. However, the 2nd floor hallway smelled very bad. Either carpets need to be cleaned or the walls scrubbed. I almost checked out because of it. It smelled like a litter box. Once I enter the room it was fine. The staff is excellent.”

“Breakfast was okay, powdered eggs. Pool was weird, but I don't know if it was due to an earlier incident of a kid stepping on an earring and was overdosed, or what. We were told it was a salt water pool, but it was definitely chlorine and salt. Which is another type of pool treatment, but water was very cloudy. Our room was awesome and had a nice view of the creek out back below the hotel.”

“Had a truly fantastic stay at Hampton Inn. The staff went above and beyond to fix an error that had accidentally cancelled my booking - and in record time. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming, and the rooms sizeable with comfortable beds. Next time I visit Fayetteville I will 100% be staying at Hampton Inn again. ”
