Ett storslaget nyårsdygn
Vi fick uppleva ett fantastiskt nyårsdygn. Ett hotell som kombinerar historia med sirlig elegans och är ändå väl anknutet till modern tid.

The next level five star experience
I had very high expectations for Les Trois Rois and the staff exceeded such to include the single room (exceptional for "lower entry" class), the valet (top notch), reception, and concierge who was able to get me into the Chavel Blanc last minute. That 3 star michelin experience requires its own review. Do not miss a chance to stay there when in Basel. I will return each year from my plCe in the Swiss Alps.

Vey nice hotel but noisy.
Because of the construction site in front of the hotel there is a lot of noise all day until 10 pm (evening)!

This is a very classy & elegant hotel.The rooms are quite small, but extremely charming & very clean. We had a river view & it was exquisite!! The staff were mostly very pleasant & accommodating. We really enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet with lots of healthy choices and local breads, pastries & fresh juices,

Outstanding
Our stay was outstanding from the moment we walked in. Staff was very friendly and courteous, Le Cheval Blanc restaurant was an incredible experience I will always remember. Our room was just perfect overlooking the water. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Every detail was thought of. We cannot wait to come again.

Best hotel in basel
Amazinnnnnng staff and very generous hotel they offer me a lot of free coffees & breakfast too when I came few mins towards the end of the breakfast timing. The only comment is the Ac was hot other than that excellent hotel. Highly recommended

A real 5 stars in the city
The hotel is a historical building well located in the center , but easy access. The service is excellent, worth a 5 stars and the restaurant is delicious. We highly recommend !

Top Service - Zimmer ok
Vom Empfang über sämtliche Restaurationen, bis zum Housekeeping, einfach nur bester, perfekt freundlicher Service. Die Zimmer sind ok, die Dusche ist leider in der Badewanne (mühsamer Einstieg und sehr eng) und Wasser läuft unweigerlich über den Rand auf den Boden. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich immer wieder dort logieren.
