âFrom the moment we arrived, the experience in our hotel suite exceeded all expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and we were personally escorted to our suite, which set the tone for a stay marked by thoughtful service and luxury.

âVery nice hotel, the outside if the hotel is a bit rough but really cool and inside is so beautiful. Our room was great. The only problem for us with a small child was the lack of an elevator. There is an elevator but it cost 10 cent for every use and it doesnât work as itâs supposed to (not hostenos fault).
Thatâs the only thing we found a bit annoying. The neighborhood was great with good second hand and nice restaurants. Perfect for couples young and old. â

âIt is right in the center of the most important street for tourist life at Napoli. It is in a beautiful historical area of Napoli and also has lots of shops restaurants autistic things you could imagine and also the taxis are very close by. Yes the elevator you have to pay sometimes $.50 of euro, but they give you the money at the front desk so far will be using this hotel again because they treat us really well especially in Mateo and Martina. Thank you again for a great experience in Napoli.â

âThe bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times.
Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages.

âThis property is in a good area. The staff were very friendly. The only difficult thing we encountered was getting in the building and then knowing to go to the third floor.â

âKanonbra lĂ€ge vid livliga Piazza Bellini och resten av historiska centrum. 1600talsbyggnad. Vi hade rum pĂ„ 6:e vĂ„ningen, med terass, lite dyrare men vĂ€rt priset, eftersom rummen Ă€r ganska smĂ„.

âWe had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...
âOur experience in Naples was unforgettable. The room is clean, has everything you need and is steps away from the Archaeological Museum and incredible Pasticceria Di Costanzo. Roberta made sure everything was convenient and comfortable, her attention to details was much appreciated. â

It is a truly quite hidden jewelry in busy Naples!

âUtmĂ€rkt lĂ€ge nĂ€ra tĂ„gstationen och gamla stan. Mycket snyggt och rent. Bra ljudisolerat. Bra sĂ€ng. Den trafikerade gatan utanför hördes inte mycket. Frukost med sötsaker. Ett mycket bra rum dig som bara vill ha en skön nattsömn, men inte mer pĂ„ hotellet. Alessandro var trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam.â

"The staff at this hotel is amazing!
Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter.
Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that.
Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
