“Clean and spacious area. Owner/broker of the unit was responsive to emails. Had an initial difficult time check in. I requested for the unit owner to send me communication via email address. And it was better. Will come back here again. ”

“The hotel is a perfect choice if you want to stay close to Union station. In our case, the location is perfect because we needed to take a bus to New York in the morning. 20 minutes by walking or just one stop with the Metro to get to Union station. Union market is just a few minutes away, a lot of food vendors. Great place!
It is close to Metro and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. However, the check in time is 4 pm which we had wish was earlier.

“The staff were all fantastic! The hotel itself is very nice with spacious rooms and a kitchenette but there’s a lot of homeless around, street parking was non-existent and there’s not a great spot for get in/out of an uber without someone honking or homeless approaching you. ”

“It is a a personal preference but I do want to have a proper lid on the toilet specially when it is close to the washing area. I'm afraid I will drop something and it will end up in the toilet. This hotel did not have a lid! Besides that the room was a standard US hotel room with coffee maker nut no fridge. The gym on the 5th floor was ok.”

“Great staff, very friendly. Nice room, very beautiful. Breakfast buffet was easy. Just basic, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast, juice, muffins, coffee. Very clean, but neighborhood bordered the bad side of town. ”

Dock lite dålig information vid frukosten, kanske får skylla mig själv. Utöver buffén fanns det en massa gott man kunde beställa från köket. Helt klart prisvärt och lätt att nå överallt med promenad och/eller Metron.”
