âWe had a wonderful 3-night stay. The staff at reception and the concierge woman "Louise" was exceptional. The valet parking guys were extremely nice and very helpful. Service with a smile throughout the hotel. Thank you. We loved it.â
âThey to cover the window fully the streetlight is too bright and for someone who likes to sleep in complete darkness itâs hard to sleep. Or the bedroom has to have blinds that closes fully. â

Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading.â
âExcellent choice for 5 travellers as lots of space. It was clean and had the option to cook our own breakfast. Only issue was that there was no elevator so a bit difficult for my elderly mother to get in and out.â
âThis place is right next to the major attractions so the location is great. Place was huge and clean. AC worked well. Only things we didnât like was the TV was extremely slow and older and the beds were very firm. Otherwise would recommend!â
âThis is a great space, very comfortable and large. Communication was quick and easy. We needed an hour extension on checkout and received confirmation quickly. Only thing is the beds were a bit hard, could use a mattress pad. Great walking area, and 20 minute walk to old Quebec so we didn't need to drive to dinner.â
âLoved the loft and the area. I would just suggest a bath mat to use in shower for elderly mom it was slippery and hooks for clothes on the bedroom walls since there were no closets or hangers. Kitchen is well equipped â

The pool was being painted on the 2nd day I arrived so I could only use it the one day.
The pool was nicely heated so even though it was cool day it was beautiful. â
âThis property has a great location with groceries across the street, dining next block over on Cartier, and an easy 1 mile walk to downtown. Check in was easy and the room very comfortable. Coffee pods were provided for each morning of my stay, thanks! What I didnât realize was there is a full common use kitchen available if needed. Parking can be tight, but I managed to find a spot each day. Would recommend to others. â

"Det var strejk bland personalen och vi var informerade om att den dagliga stÀdningen inte skull ske. Vi hade dock förvÀntat oss att stÀdning mellan gÀster skulle ske! Det var lager av damm och smutsiga golv.
Rummet kÀndes vÀldigt slitet och trist. DÄlig belysning."
