Clean, modern and spacious apartment
Clean, modern and spacious apartment with nice kitchen. Very central location, a bit noisy Friday and Saturday night but very quiet other times. Internet was slow.

Great location and perfectly formed
Ideally located in the town centre. Stayed during mid week and was quiet over night. The apartment contains everything you should need to make your stay a home from home. Including fully fitted kitch, dishwasher, crockery and cooking utensiles. There was also a washing machine.

Everything was easy and straightforward once I was checked in. Check-in was clunky because there was a missing email that required photo proof of identity, a deposit and parking fees. The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. It's central location means that you can leave the car there and walk all around around Basingstoke, including Festival Place.

Great option for the town centre
Getting the access codes to get into the building was slightly stressful as the communication was a little late, sparse and confusing. Having said that - there is always someone at the end of the phone. And, once sorted, actually entering the building and accessing the room was pretty straightforward. The room was felt spacious, was very well laid out, well supplied with all the essentials and more, and very clean. The bed was comfy. The kitchen included a large fridge-freezer, full cooker, small dishwasher, plus all the essential crockery, cutlery, utensils and cooking pots and pans. The wifi worked well. Location-wise this cannot be beaten for us as it was about a 1 minute walk to The Haymarket and 2 minutes to a Neros. If you are wanting a decent room close to the town centre you'd be hard pushed to beat this. We were there mid week and heard very little noise. But being so close to the town centre I suspect there'd be a lot more at a weekends. We did not pay the £6 to get a parking permit, but instead parked at the Centre Car Park immediately behind the building. Its £1 overnight from 6pm to 8am. But there are no returns so you have to move the car. We were going out anyway to grab a coffee, so just moved the car over the road to Feathers Yard (a tiny car park even closer to the apartment) and paid £2 for a further 2 hours.

Great Flat in a Centrally Location
Excellent studio flat in the centre of town! Easy instructions on checking-in/out, plus extras to welcome me: snacks & beverages plus toiletries; fully operating fridge, washer, dishwasher & closet safe makes for a comfortable, convenient & secure stay in Basingstoke.

Great as always though disappointingly not cereal provided for the second time. Breakfast is not included in price but my expectations have now been set!

Nice setup, ok area
Pretty good place, they sometimes provide cereal and milk. Warm rooms, reasonably clean. Area is next to shopping centre and easy reach of station. Checking in is easy. It was quite noisy last time I was there, a boisterous family with a couple of young kids and a very amorous couple upstairs. Good job I use earplugs.

Great apartments, nice touches, didn't like area
Dodgy area but good clean apartment. Some nice touches like providing cereal and occasionally milk. Beds are too soft for me but bearable. Apartments are always warm. I've had a floor that needed cleaning once but usually the rooms are very clean

Not impressed
Not a great stay for the price, springs in bed was extremely uncomfortable, very noisy outside the apartment at 1.30am and then the noisy people came into Central point and continued with the noise until 2am. Got woken up again at 3.30am until 4.15am with outside delivery lorry with the delivery driver shouting. A very unpleasant stay and would not ever stay here again as it was very expensive and not worth the money.

Nice Apartment hotel at decent price
The stay was very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and decent size with all required amenities. Instructions were very simple to follow and allowed hassle-free, quick check-in & check-out.

The apartments are nicely furnished, with large rooms and a decent sized well-equipped kitchen. The apartments are situated right in the middle of Basingstoke town centre, about a 2 minute walk from the north entrance of the shopping centre. The only issue I had was getting in, as the key safe codes had been changed but the paperwork wasn't updated. I therefore had about a 20 minute wait whilst trying to get hold of the guest services team to give me the correct code. Hopefully this has now been resolved though.
