“Stayed for 4 days in this beautiful little 3 star boutique hotel just steps from the centre. A very personal hotel with great service and friendliness from the staff who were able to help with anything needed within short notice (all English fluent!). We stayed in a superior room which felt big, clean and with a great view. The bathroom was fantastic with a small whirlpool bath.

“Had a lovely short stay at Auberge Basque. We took a garden room which was very cute and well decorated. The only downside was it was next to the carpark and road which was noisy and you could only have natural air by opening the back doors - We didn't want to use the air con so at night the room was a bit hot. The 6 course tasting menu was fantastic with some very interesting flavour mixes!”

“Top location close to the beach. Very service minded staff made us feel special and wellcome. Room was in the first floor which occationally impacted our sleep as noisy and tipsy restaurant visitors in the adjacent street had an urge to sing loud and clear around midnight. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will come back another year.”
“Tolles Hotel 7 km von Biarritz entfernt. Frühstück sehr gut und auch die komplette Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Zwei Kritikpunkte: zu wenig Liegen am Pool wenn Hotel komplett gebucht ist. Außerdem ist Bad indem Superior Zimmern sehr klein und die Tür zum Bad ist nicht gut angebracht, da sich keine zweite Person im Bad aufhalten kann. Besser wäre eine Schiebetür oder im Notfall gar keine Tür”

“Nice apartment with balcony. Clean and good oportunities to cook your own food. Since it is an apartment you are required to clean the room a bit before departure. All in all a good hotel but the bunk beds are awfully small and not really comfortable. A parenthesis is that they took my credit card details but during check out they could not present a receipt stating that they didn't charge anything from it, which in my eyes is a confidence breach.”

Det som var bra var air condition, sköna sängar och bra dusch. Samt promenadavstånd till flygplatsen.
När vi checkade in mitt i natten och bara ville komma in på vårt rum för att få sova så tog receptionisten och hjälpte en annan gäst som stod bakom oss i kö och var borta en bra stund innan hon kom tillbaka. Dålig service."
