“This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Eric at check-in was exceptional; polite, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly set the tone for our entire stay and just seemed like an all-around great guy.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the breakfast was superb with plenty of great options to start the day. The location of the Hampton Inn Downtown Boise was also fantastic, convenient, walkable, and perfect for exploring the city.

“Room was big enough. But could’ve designed the floor plan differently. Didn’t really use the living room area. Maybe you could tear down part of the wall and put like a kitchen like area right there. But most of all it was great. Breakfast was great!! Fulfilling!! Need to make the room to the opposite side from the freeway. ”

“Best hotel ever! They make you feel at home. That’s what I love about family owned businesses. The staff was fantastic as well. I enjoyed the Oxford Social hour. The breakfast buffet was “chefs kiss”. I will be coming back for sure. The room was just amazing …and those deep bath tubs…5 stars. ”
