“Front desk was not very welcoming. There was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom only a partial of a roll. Other than that the room was clean just very stuffy.”

“When we checked in the staff could not provide keys to the room. They had a maintenance man walk us to our room and let us in. They said they would have keys ready in a bit. An hour later went to desk and they still did not have them. Left the property came back 4 hrs later and the manager handed me key without saying a word. (Rude) Get to room try to login to internet and got error and says contact front desk. Called and the manager says well we never really checked you in. 😳. He did something...

“The staff was awesome at the Bastrop Quality Inn. The check in was easy and efficient. I made a last minute reservation at this Quality Inn because of unforseen circumstances at my prior accommodation. I needed a place to do some office work (I'm the Accountant and I needed to do payroll and tax deposits for the previous payroll). The staff at this Quality Inn allowed me a late checkout so I could get the work done. I'm very grateful for this hotel and it's staff!”

“Unfortunately the pool and fitness center were closed due to renovation. It would have been nice to know this in advance Ice water in main lobby would have been nice”
