Hill Top Retreat with Heated Pool/Hot Tub Stunning views and Massive Game room!

Hill Top House boasts amazing views in several directions overlooking the forested pines of Bastrop Texas. You have the privacy of being on the Hill Top on 1.2 acres with private heated pool/hot tub and massive game room. The multi level estate has 5100 square feet of space under three roofs. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with several balconies overlooking views that have to be experienced.
This is a multi level estate built into the side of a hill so there are lots of great views and lots and lots of steps!

When you walk up the main walk you get a first view from the front porch towards Bastrop State Park two miles away. Entering the foyer you enter a clasic country cabin feel with all cedar floors in the living room and solid cedar pillars and trim. A 75 inch TV with Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, Hulu.. The dining room to your right seats 12 around the main table with space for 4 more at side tables and 7 more around the massive marble kitchen island. This will give you room to sit 23 people in two open rooms. The kichen overlooks both the dining room and living room and you can enjoy the 75 inch Tv as well as the views off the back porch or watch the pool actiivities. The kitchen is a perfect place for all activities on this side of the estate. In the kitchen you will find a large Double Convection Oven, four berner profesional gas range along with an attached griddle. We have the other standard amenities like the Ninja blender for mixed drinks, large 1.6 cubic foot microwave, toaster oven, and 4 slot toaster. Our coffee station is positioned on the South side of the kitchen over looking the views of the back porch so you can gaze into the tree tops while preparing your morning, afternoon, or evening brew. We have both a Keurig and a standard coffee pot to fit the needs of one cup or a large group.(some starter coffee is provided). If you go out the side door of the kichen you enter the Pool area. A large pool with attached hot tub fountaining into the deep area (deep part of the pool is 6'2".) There is lots of seating around the pool area including 4 wonderful lounge chairs from sunbathing. Behind the Pool is the Casita, our external bedroom (no bathroom attached to this structure) This is a nice priveate space that will have a 43 inch 4k tv with same cable package as the the main house. This has a Queen room and pull out queen size couch. This space could sleep four. A little around the end of the pool is the out door dining area with seating around the table for six a ceiling fan and a 5 burner bbq pit with side burner. Additional built ing seaginn the sides for sitting around and visiting. We also have wonderful mood lighting for those evening time meals that makes a beautiful atmosphere. This space also has great views the the East!

If you follow the wrap around port the the south west corner of the house you will come out on a lovely back porch that allows you to see to the south and east for over eight miles looking over the towering 70 foot pines of Bastrop and off into green meadows and hills beyond. Truly scenic.. Lots of good times on this porch.
Back through the doors takes you into the kitchen or living room as your prefer the upstairs queen room with four hands reclaimed wood bed is to the left, the first bath and walk in shower is strait ahead and the master is just to the right. The master suite has a massive sleigh king bed and a full size pull out couch. Around the corner is a massive bathroom that has to be experienced. There is a private attached balcony with built in seating and a two person love seat out door couch. From this space the views are best of all and not to be missed!

Back in the living room before you get to the front door there is a wooden door that leads to the downstairs part of the multi level house. You can follow the signs to the game room from this point. The stairs are a little steep here and there is a low point in the ceiling so watch your head. You will find a full washer and dryer at the end of the hall. A traditional full bath and large room with two wood oak queen beds.

Follow the arrows out the back door to a private court yard over the stepping stones and into the game room. Our Game House 900 square feet of 'Fun'! Two Skee Ball Tables, Industrial sized Air Hockey, 12 foot shuffle board, Ping pong table,2 linked Crusin exotica racing games. A four player arcade with 2500 games and fully restored 1969 brunswik pool table. Oh yes we also have a 55 inch UHD tv with all the cable package avalable so you can play games while you watch the big game. If you go out the front door you will be back at the drive way. This drive way is quite large and parks quite a few vehicles. At any given time we have had eight or more parked in this space.
