âWe were 6 adults and 2 young children and had 3 rooms. All the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is small n the pool area quite windy but otherwise it was a great stay. Friendly staff who speak excellent english. Across the street is a big mall and next to the hotel is batam centre Ferry terminal. Will definitely come back!â
âamazingly spacious and nice decoration though it looks a bit old. The facilities can be improved. The breakfast is just normal and food is run out of quite fast due to crowd of guests. Lotte is just opposite to the hotel and convenience for grocery shopping.â
âOcean view priceless. Interior of the house is nice. Location is good, privacy. Communication of checking in not stated in expedia. Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. Will definitely return.â

âOverall not too bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price. They also have a free flow welcome drink (usual syrup beverage) counter at the lobby. The spa in the hotel is great.
Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course. â
âProperty was under renovation so it was a bit dusty and noisy. We paid for breakfast but the breakfast offered was packed rice and snacks bought from outside. We felt cheated. We would prefer buying our own breakfast from shopping mall because it would have cost us lesser than what we had paid to the hotel. There was no kitchen at the "restaurant ".
Property was in gated compound so that was a good point.
Overall, it could have been a better place to stay if they look at offering a better...
