Bennett's Lodgings – a luxurious 2 bed apartment *

Summary:
Bennett’s Lodgings is an amazing refurbished two bedroom apartment for up to 6 guests. It is a great base from which to explore the city, being located right next to the Assembly Rooms. You’ll also find the iconic Royal Crescent, The Circus, Bath’s main attractions and open spaces, best independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars merely a short stroll away. This is a great place to stay for a romantic escape, a family getaway or a break with friends.

The Space:
Situated in a classic Georgian building with high ceilings, chandeliers, shutters, and feature fireplace, the apartment has been updated to include all the modern facilities for you to relax and unwind. Maybe sit and watch the world go by through the tall sash windows! The lounge has comfortable sofas and a smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen area has seating at a breakfast bar and everything you need to prepare a light lunch or quick dinner. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with luxury toiletries. Bedroom one has an upholstered super king bed, which can split into two singles if required. The second bedroom also has an upholstered double bed incorporating a clever side access wardrobe, and there is an extra sofa bed in the lounge area.

KITCHEN/LIVING SPACE
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a combination microwave, two ring induction hob, fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There’s an island with seating.

The lounge area has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress, a large smart TV (with Netflix). Free Wifi is included for your stay.

BEDROOMS
There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. Bedroom 1 has a large, comfy super king bed (which can split into singles upon request) and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a comfy double bed and side access wardrobe.

SHOWER ROOM
The shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. Towels and toiletries are included.

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the apartment themselves using a code.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located next to the Assembly Rooms in the city centre. From here the majority of the major attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed from an elegant entrance hall and a gently rising Bath stone staircase.

Please note there is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park which is a short walk away.

As with all central locations there is a chance of street noise from neighbouring restaurants.

Linen for the sofa bed is provided when booking for guest 5 and 6. If you wish to use the sofa bed when booking for less than 4 people there is an extra £20 charge to cover linen costs.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests are able to gain access to the apartment themselves, but we are only a phone call away if needed!
