Good choice. We stayed just overnight, but this would be a good spot for a longer stay. Centrally located, easy walk to Abbey and Roman Baths.

Great apartment in a fantastically convenient loca
Great apartment. All the facilities required with everything you need including two flat screen TV’s. Very convenient location. Slightly noisy at night but to be expected as it’s located in the city centre. Would definitely revisit.

Cette appartement est juste dingue ! Très bien situé ( Même si un peu difficile à trouver avec un GPS) il est dans une rue calme et comporte tout ce dont on peu rêver ! Et est situé dans le centre ville de Bath. C'est un vrai appartement, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée. Nous y serions bien restés plus longtemps ! A coup sûr lors de notre prochain voyage à Bath, nous reviendrons ici !

We had a very bad experience with this property. Booked for one night. Before arrival, I had asked how to check in as no information was provided. I was informed that on the day of check in, I will receive a message to the number provided with all of the check in details when the apartment is ready to use. I did not receive any message after my check in time. So I called them but received no answer. Then turned on my internet to find out that they had actually imessaged the check in details not messaged. This is terrible because had I not had any internet, then I would not have been able to check in, despite earlier information that check in details would be messaged. The following day, during our stay, we woke up early to find that there was no electricity whatsoever. We had to wake up early when it was still dark outside and none of the lights were working in the apartment, we could not charge our phone, radiators were not working and was super cold, TV was not working. The bathroom was pitch black- everything was pitch black in the apartment with no power! We found it so hard to pack and get ready in pitch darkness. Tried to use natural light but the windows were small and it was still very early and dark outside. Very disappointed with the stay!

Fantastic central location - good size one bed apartment and great to have free on street permit parking locations (few mins walk from the property) Comfy bed and nice powerful shower with heated floor. Modern and Lovely decor though just small things to suggest that some parts could do with a little touch up like stained spots in ceiling and peeling wallpaper in shower room. Overall really enjoyable stay and would visit again.

This is lovely property in an excellent location. The toiletries in the bathroom were very nice. The decor is modern and the free parking permit was handy. We stayed in apartment 3 which was at the top. Only down side is that the beds and pillows are very soft so not great if you have a bad back.

Really really nice
Amazing stay - property was super clean, roomy and tastefully furnished and decorated. Perfect location to explore Bath’s city centre on foot. On-street parking is super limited, expect to have to pay for a car park (I spent about £15 and arrived between 1-2pm and left at 11am the next day; Avon car park, 3 min walk from apartment). Apartment is in a vibrant square with nice restaurants but the noise did not bother us as everything got quiet around 11pm (we stayed Friday-Saturday). Would definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment in great location
The property is exactly as shown in the photos, a spacious lovely one bedroom apartment in a very convenient location in central Bath. The hotel answered emails quickly and provided very clear check in information. We had no problem in finding on street parking with the permit supplied. We had a good overall stay, only with the following minor negatives: no milk sachets (though plenty of tea, coffee and sugar!), the instruction regarding the hot water would be better if its in the guest information folder, rather than on the wall behind the propped opened door in the hall way as we did not see it until the morning when searching for a hairdryer (which we could not find) - this could have avoided my husband having a luke warm shower the night before! Finally, no fault of the hotel, but a couple of guys decided to have a get together on the street right outside until the early hours and the apartment is definitely not soundproofed.

I apologise about the water situation, our apartments tend to have enough hot water in the tank without having to press the boost button, unless a lot of water has been used. The hairdryers are found in the holder in the bedroom, sorry that you were unable to find it on this occasion. We hope to welcome you again in the future!

Position for the centre
A very well equipped and positioned appartment. The bed was very comfortable. Communications with the management were efficient. Down sides, parking is very limited and the squares nearby are heavily populated with homeless and drink beggars. We found the kitchen crockery to be grubby. Overall a good place to stay and we would stay again.

Beautiful quirky convenient flat
Beautiful little flat in the heart of Bath close to cafes and supermarkets, pubs and more. Gorgeous decor - really lovely touches in the decor made it really special. Fabulous for a small family with a single bed in the bedroom and a single sofa bed in the lounge. But of a pain having to put the hot water on 30 mins before you need it but there’s plenty after you heat it up. Fabulous big shower and the ability to have Netflix or amazon prime on tv meant to could enjoy a good film with a glass of wine in the evening when the kids were asleep. Lovely to have a parking permit but we parked in the car park at the foot of the apartment block overnight for free. Would absolutely use again. Just be warned, the third floor apartment is at the top of a lot of stairs!

Great accomodation, but no hot water unless you manage to find a "magic button" hidden behind door to turn the boost on...and then 1hr later hot water was luke warm. Very inconvenient when all you want is to have a shower and get into bed...

Gem of a place!
What a lovely apartment, lovely decor, quality furniture and everything we could need for our weekend including a wine fridge! Location was excellent, very central, 5 mins from the Roman Baths and the city centre. So many places to eat out but we also got Deliveroo one night! Tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, shower gel all provided. Would definitely recommend!

The property was in great condition and in a great location in Bath. The aspects which were slightly disappointing are 1) parking, which is just a parking permit for the (busy) city centre and 2) the fire alarm went off twice in the night (12am and 1.30am) and given the nature of the property the residents were left to address themselves. We relayed to the hotel owners that the emergency contact number on the fire alarm was not answered. The hotel owners agreed to come around in the morning to fix. Whilst in ways a fire alarm going off is good--it works--twice in one night suggests it is faulty. We don't think the couple staying in the flat were at fault given the times and the fact it went off twice.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this review. We give out the parking permits complimentary with the apartments, but as they are on-street permits they cannot guarantee a space. You are more than welcome to book a guaranteed-space parking permit with us though! I am sorry to hear about the fire alarm, and we do all that we can to try and give guests all the safety information that they require in their welcome book link. We have since been looking into the fire alarms and are happy to say that all is in working order. I do apologize that you were awoken during the night and I hope that it didn't distract too much from your wonderful visit to Bath! Thanks again

Had a truely wonderful stay. The apartment was immaculate and cosy, it had everything you needed. The quality of towels and bedding was excellent. The location was second to none. The parking permit was a complete bonus, we parked the car up and didn't use it again until we left.

Great location
The apartment was great . Clean , modern and well furnished . Located centrally and perfect for walking into the city. It felt like an up market Airbnb break . You call 30 mins before arrival and then again when you arrive and are given a code to enter the main door .No personal service or greeting so was only ok. Biggest challenge was parking . Not easy to work out where you can unload as down a side street . You are provided with a permit parking pass but have to then drive around the central area looking for a parking space ! After 20 minutes I gave up and paid to go in the carpark right next door . Parking is free from 8pm to 8am so only a few £’s from 5 pm to 8 pm and then an early morning top up from 8 am till 10 am . Wi fi was good , water was hot and beds were comfortable. Therefore would recommend but just be aware of the parking .

Turn on the water heater and wait for 30 mins ...
I love the location, love the building , love the free car park, love my room.... but the water heater really messed up everything. We went back the place already 10pm and we realized need to turn the water heater on and wait for at least 30 mins for the water to heat up only can get the warm water to shower. And we actually waited for one and half hour then we have no choice but have to use our roaming call ( we didn't buy the local phone card) to call the center about the water heater not working. she told us to reset the heater and wait for another 30 mins. Eventually, we spend 2 hours and a chargeable phone call only can get the warm water . If not the ICE WATER can really make us sick! and at the morning I have to wake up 30 mins earlier to turn on the heater again....What?!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your candid feedback. I am very sorry to hear that the hot water system negatively impacted your stay. The apartment has a hot water tank, which refills overnight. If all the hot water has already been used during the day, the water will be cold unless the 'boost button' is pressed (if pressed more hot water will be available after 30 mins) For example, if guests have showers in the daytime and then again in the evening they may find that they need to make more hot water for their evening showers. In the morning you would not have needed to press the boost button as there will have been water heated overnight. I do apologise if this wasn't made clear to you and you thought you needed to press the boost button and wait 30mins in the morning. Petit appartement très agréable, situé au centre de la ville. Tout peut se visiter à pied. Logement refait, très propre, literie confortable. Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un appartement, donc le contact est uniquement téléphonique. Il y a de quoi cuisiner si l’on veut et faire son petit-déjeuner.

Nice, new apartments in city centre. Within walking distance of spa, Roman Baths, Abbey, and the riverside. Great place to stay. However, there is no lift and we were on the top floor. Not for people with mobility issues.
