Mycket bra hotell med perfekt läge
Nytt, snyggt, rent och fräscht hotell med perfekt läge nära Thermae Spa (just det spaet var ganska överreklamerat dock, men det har inget med hotellet att göra). Vi är mycket nöjda med hotellet och frukosten var också bra. Rekommenderas!

We loved our stay at this hotel! Staff was very helpful and the hotel was always clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast gets pretty busy but it had a good variety of foods. Would stay here again!

The hotel was very convenient for a night away with friends. Walking distance from the station and from the main attractions in Bath. Staff very helpful. We were able to leave our bags before and after our stay.

Great hotel, very clean, nice quiet rooms and despite being in the city centre you couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Breakfast choices were good (weirdly no bacon). Very enjoyable stay, would recommend!

Really nice hotel. Easy to find and maneuver. Staff incredibly kind and welcoming. Held my bags for a few hours after check-out until I needed to catch my train. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Spacious room and very nice amenities in the room. Recommended and would stay again.

very nice hotel, well positioned, 1 lift out of action both nights of stay, breakfast time extremely busy and in reception area with guests checking in and out with guests moving backwards and forwards with food. Breakfast was ok but limited, no bacon, scrambled eggs only no tomatoes just baked beans. 2 waffle makers for guest to use, busy messy ( unnecessary).

The property its self was nice and location was perfect. The room was clean however bed and pillows uncomfortable. We heard running water a few times throughout the night. Between Expedia and the hotel there were a few items that went wrong. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed 1 night in room 527 after seeing a show at The Forum (Brian Cox, brilliant show, BTW) Nice hotel in great location, easy walk to the Forum and Southgate shopping. Nice spacious room, clean, really comfy bed, great shower, and nice to have breakfast included. Only problem was the extractor fan in the bathroom stayed on all night, it was quite noisy and disturbed my sleep. I did mention it on check out and was told it should go off automatically after bathroom light is turned off. Wasn't offered any compensation. Apart from that hotel was quiet. Will stay here again, as its such a good location, only hope a different room the extractor fan will work properly.

This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located near the train-bus station and walkable to all the sites/sights of Bath, and there are many!! The staff was pleasant and friendly and helpful- EVERYONE greeted their oatrins with a smile!!

No issues other than the bed sheet came loose as I pulled the duvet from under the mattress meaning I had to put the sheet back on

Gillade: Renlighet, personal och service och boendets skick och faciliteter
Lovely hotel. Well maintained and super clean. Staff were pleasant and room was decorated really nicely. Bathroom was very clean and well equipted. The only problem was the rock hard twin bed and awful pillows we meant I didnt get much sleep at all. Such a shame as everything else was perfect.
