“Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance.”

“Our stay here was nice. The staff sent us a gate code and a code for our room through email. They have done a nice job of remodeling the place. It is still an old property, but worked for our family. Everything was clean and staff provided us with extra wash cloths and towels. It is close to the casino and quick drive to Bath House Row. We would not walk it though, since the area we would walk through did not seem safe to walk through late at night coming back.

“The view was awesome. It was quiet & beds comfy...
However, the rooms had an unpleasant odor. We asked to switch rooms & the second room didn't smell as bad.
I was disappointed in breakfast. Same thing & lukewarm. No flavored creamer except half & half for coffee from automated machine. No pancakes or waffles.”

a) Like different lamps at each side of the bed.
b) The headboard was about a foot from the beds matress.

a) The phone was old and, probably, the reason why it was hard to hear the other person (very low volume).

“We loved the stay. The front desk staff were very courteous walking in. They let me know how the process of the room cards. Liked that they offered breakfast. I noticed that there weren't many family with kids there but the grandsons loved that they had the pool to them selves. Loved how the hotel was walking distance to Walmart or the Dollar tree.”
