Building is bit run down. Lots of wear and tear in room. Noisy refrigerator and dish washer. Mold in shower. Bed was as comfortable.

If was a safe place to stay for the night. When we opened the refrigerator we saw there was food left in it. The walls and furniture look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. The tub is not in good condition.

It’s pretty gross here. I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons but our room had literal dirt and stains all over the walls, the light switches, the counter tops etc. Nothing was clean except for the bed. The toilet seat was disgusting and looked like it had been there since the 80s. We had ants crawling all over the bathroom floor. If it weren’t for the LSU game which was the only reason we stayed there, we would’ve left and demanded a refund. My skin was crawling the whole time. Even the rug felt gross and we wore our shoes until we got into bed bc it was too dirty to be barefoot. Yuck. Would never recommend or stay here again. Shame on Candlewood suites for their incredibly poor housekeeping.

The property was centrally located but the smell inside was over whelming and the elevator on its last leg. I thought and IHG hotel would have been nicer.

We use Ecolab disinfectant which is our brand standard. My sincere apologies that the smell was strong.We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

Staff was in attending. Front office staff was out backnof property twice when needed. Housekeeping was difficult to find. Fire alarms were malfunctioning. Floors were dirty. Parking lots were dirty.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Didn't realize that the ice was only in the lobby until I was ready for bed. Staff brought me a bag of ice. Sorry I didn't catch her name. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket available in the room.

Reserved a suite with King Bed. On arrival, when going to room, found full size bed only. No sleeper sofa or anything else. When talking to frint desk, was advised we were booked as first available and no rooms we asked for were available. Fully booked. Refused to help us out. Room had no Pots/Pans in kitchen. Carafe for coffee pot broke. One roll if toilet tissue half used. TV remote broke. Management addressed TV only. Total disappointment....

The prices are outrageous. I paid 152 for one night a month in advance and the rooms were listed at 103 the day I arrived.

Amenities at the hotel were great in the room. But if you need shampoo or conditioner, you’re going to need to go buy some yourself, the hotel does not have any. Good amount of restaurants and shopping in the general area. Felt a little uneasy when checking out. The desk clerk had a clearly visible automatic weapon on his belt.
