The place is run down the sheets had holes and cigarette burns the whole room smelled like smoke and nicotine. We had to leave after a few hrs because of the smell.

Refused to refund me and continued to tried to also charge me for cancellation literally minutes after selecting the room. No customer service, just Indian call centers.

My room was non smoking and the whole room reeked of cigarette smoke.

It was absolutely terrible, unsafe for families. This was the dirtiest I've ever seen. We didn't even stay, we left.

Disgusting room
The water came out brown from the sink and the shower. There was a hole in the wall behind the door. The sheets still had hair in them. The pillow cases had black marks on them. The blow dryer was falling off if the wall and didn’t work. Very disgusting room!

First off the door handle was disgusting, the bed covers had cigarette burns, what appeared to be blood stains and make up stains on the sheet and pillowed. The pillows were worn down uneven and my children and I did NOT sleep under the covers we absolutely were uncomfortable we slept with our towels on the pillows and covers. When I requested more bedding no one would come to change it out or give us additional towels. When I went to the front desk to complain I got nothing. I really want my money back!!
