The home also includes a washer and dryer, garage access, and parking for two vehicles. Outside, enjoy easy access to Goguac Lake with a private dock and boat launch, making it perfect for boating, fishing, swimming, or simply taking in the waterfront views.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, porch, washer and dryer, driveway parking for your vehicles, and the private dock and boat launch. Please note that any locked owner storage areas are not accessible during your stay.

There is absolutely no smoking inside the house or on the porch.

Although the listing includes the entire house, the side driveway and rear access area must remain clear at all times. You are welcome to use the driveway briefly to access the dock and lake, but it cannot be used for parking, as it also serves as an access route to neighboring properties.
