“Hotel is beautiful, but still lacks basic customer service details. We inadvertently left our “do not disturb” on for entire day while we were diving, so no housekeeping came (understandably.) However when we asked for potable water, they never brought it, nor when I asked for housekeeping to come later they never did. Soap was out in women’s pool bathroom, and breakfast was meh; mostly Indonesian dishes and the pastries were stale. The location is great and the design of the hotel is stunning,...

“We stayed for 3 nights at Ayana, all of-the amenities and facilities are so full-filling, for sure this place is highly recommended. We had a bit trouble, our flight got cancelled..but Ayana welcomed us back, Igi from the front desk was so helpful. So we stayed one more night and had a pleasant time. Don’t forget to visit “Kisik” the romantic seafood restaurant, Naga bar by the pier and enjoy the Sunset from the lobby lounge…”

“We received a very warm welcome, but were then informed about a number of things we were not allowed to do in the room. To our great delight, we were upgraded to the suite on the 8th floor, which was very spacious and offered a sensational view. Very nice and large pool with swim-up bar. “Stayed for 2 nights. The room was nice, pool area was pretty and well maintained. The service at the restaurant was quite slow, waited more than 30 min after being seated with menus, before just having to walk into the kitchen to get the server to come back. ”

“I'm not sure how to write a review of tge properly. Basic might do or even primative. Bed made strange noises, but so what, it was huge and very comfortable. Shower and toilet, old with peculiar plumbing but it all worked. Fabulous balcony. Not exactly pristine surroundings and was a bit muddy after rain, non of which killed anybody. Staff were brilliant. Was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived. Would come back like a shot.”

“Fantastic location, lovely staff, great rooftop seating. The only issue was the shower overflowing into the bathroom area. A little bit noisy with the nightclub below and the mosque. Would return again though as the positives outweighed the negatives.”

“A very nice hotel perfectly located at the beach. Even though too far from the town to walk the hotel offers free transport to and from the town/airport. The staff was very nice even though the english knowledge wasn´t always the best. Very comfortable rooms even though one could have demanded a button to turn off the light by the bed instead of having to leave the bed in order to turn it off. All in all; I would definitely stay here again.”

“Ett okej hotell sett till priset. Inget speciellt att tala om utan vi bodde här för att det var billigt. Frukosten är vitt bröd och sylt med kaffe och te. Rummen är inte dåligt skick men heller inte nyskick. Ett hotell som under omständigheterna gick att sova bo, vilket var det vi gjorde. Tyst när vi bodde där,men det sker ombyggnationer i närliggande byggnad.”

“Beautiful view but there are many steep stairs to get to the rooms. It is more for a romantic stay. The restaurant was good but limited. There is a nightclub in the other side of this hotel and you can hear the music until late at night.”
