And the location is great on a cozy old bituminous street with lots of good restaurants and coffee places near and itâs just a couple of hundred metres to the ocean.
Mostly what makes this place so special is the people that runs it!

âLovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center.
There is now elevator, but it's one floor of a long sweeping staircase with very deep steps. This meant it was very easy to carry luggage and my toddler up and down. Staff also let me...

âIt is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. â

"This is not at all a five start hotel , I wonder how Hilton even lets its brand to be on this hotel!! Service at breakfast is poor , itâs crowded and noisy at breakfast and the assortment is not sufficient.
The room was bit worn out and old furniture and lamps, we paid for high floor twin room but got a kind room at 9th floor which is only the fifth floor of the hotel as they count the ground floor as 4.
I donât recommend this hotel , it is not worth the price at "
