“Horrible services ”

“We stayed in Princess d'An Nam for 5 nights and came there at the end of the new year celebration, which was a bonus. From the start the staff made us feel welcome, from the reception to the bar/restaurant. The hotel is quite remote, but the view and surroundings are perfect! It's not much more to say than that the food, the staff and the hotel itself is perfect. “My family enjoyed stay 2 nights, with dining at resort. We also liked the environment, so we could transport by waling or electric car with request. We went to Dino Park and Safari 2 times in 3 days, my boys loved it. The foods were good in their price, we ordered to our room and went to their restaurant to have dinner. ”

“Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. ”

“제일 큰 빌라를 친구 4명이서 갔는데, 빌라 자체 시설은 훌륭하나. 프라이빗 풀은 바닷물과 섞여있는듯이 짠물이였으며, 2층 마스터룸에서는 샤워랑 욕조 세면대 전부 뜨거운물이 안나왔고. 청소시 환기를 했나 체크인했을때 빌라 내부 전체 및 각 방에 벌레가 엄청 많았으며, 제일 불편한점은 내선전화로 프론트랑 연결이 안되, 유선전화로 직접 전화하거나 잘로로 대화해야하고 프론트랑 직원 전체적으로 영어가 잘 안통함. 재 방문의사 없음”

“The stay at Dat Lanh Resort was unforgettable. Unfortunately in a bad way. The resort is actually nice and the staff smiles nicely but they won't help you with anything and try to charge you with made up expenses at check out. In our case they claimed there was a spoon missing and that one towel was too dirty (340K dong). Totally nonsense. A valuable tip when you anyway end up here: at checkout grab your passports as soon as you are able to and then just remove the nonsrnse items from your...
