“The place was great, but we discovered hidden fees. At 1pm, we asked if an early check in was available and there is a $25 fee for an early check in. We skipped check in until after 3pm.”

“Friendly and hard working staff. Very clean and updated rooms. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Continental breakfast was full of good options and also very clean. I’d definitely recommend booking this hotel”

“This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months.”

“I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

“It sufficed. We were there for 2 nights, but briefly. We were busy much of the time. Breakfast was too busy to go to. Went down the street and that was amazing”

“The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I loved that they had a tribute to all military members with different memorabilia and information from each of the wars. I’m always proud to stay in a place that supports our service members.”
