It looks like a luxury oasis online, but the reality is an absolute scam. First, the indoor section was completely freezing and unusable for families or anyone looking to relax. “Hotel was great, location is right in the middle of everything restaurants, strip mall, target, gas stations etc. Right off the highway with other hotels next to it. Staff was nice and helpful when I needed assistance indoor pool in rec room was great for the kiddos. Will consider them for my next stay”

The check-in was longer than expected. Once we got our room, the bathroom was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and thy gave us another room. That bathroom was worse than the first.
