“The hotel is quiet and beautifully furnished in period style. The hotel restaurant has delicious food and a great bar. Everyone on staff, as well as other guests and locals, are so friendly. It makes it hard for us to leave. It's our favorite destination.”

“The hotel was generally clean but they didn’t clean our room during our stay. There was no trash can on the room, there was only one in the restroom. On 3rd floor hall, you can smell a weird smell probably related to the ice maker machine. The breakfast was good the first morning as there are a lot of people there. The next day, as some people left, some of the breakfast items were left too! The first staff we met when we arrived was helpless and she even refused to say hello, but the one we saw...

“This place was great, very clean, very attentive staff. I haven't been back down that way in years. But this new owner is putting in the work with his team. The Manager fixed any issue I could possibly have and the room and beds were super comfy. I know where I'll be staying from now on while in town!”

“The property was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The first floor is reserved for pets. We were placed there at first but I could smell animal. Besides that the room was nice. We were relocated and everything was fine.”

“Hello, I was really satisfied because I had a great time staying at your hotel. However, the only thing that bothered me was that the television was not a Smart TV, so I could not watch anything interesting on it. That was a little disappointing for me. Aside from that, all the services were very good. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“The pictures surely make it look better. The best thing about the place was the location. 1 property from the beginning of the boardwalk. Upon arriving the sign told us to go to a different hotel to check in. Not far but inconvenient. The Pool was closed for service, I am guessing for maintenance for the upcoming season but that was never told to us. We were told we can use the pool at the other hotel, again not convenient. Our 3rd floor room was close to the picture shown. Definitely...

“The water takes a while to get warm ' no kutchenet was something that was overlooked 'not a place I'd recommend if you're going to be there a while , because you'll be spending more funds eating.”

“Stayed 2 nights in the room with kitchenette, very clean indoor and outdoor pools. There is only 1 basketball hoop, had to wait a few times for the hoop, hopefully they can have more basketball courts in the future. The walls are thin in the room, you can hear your neighbor talking, kids crying and so forth. 5 minute drive to the boardwalk, close to amenities. Overall we had a great time!”

“Location was perfect and close to almost everything. Water pressure for the showers could be a lot better especially in the accessible rooms it us to a more accessible way to use the shower without water getting all over the floor for those rooms. Overall I would recommend this place and wil definitely be back. We had an ocean Front King Accessible Room for reference”

“It was a small cozy room. Perfect for a couple. You can see the ocean from the front porch. The manager was very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time.”

“This hotel is disgusting; I do not recommend taking your family there. It is a place for dirty people with vices, and the hotel itself is filthy and unwelcoming. There’s no parking, it smells, and generally speaking, it feels scary to be there.”

“Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...

“Got an allergic reaction when entering the room. After we said we would have to leave they gave us another room. They should have done when I first told then about the moldy smell.”
