“Nice hotel however we found it to be inconsistent. We stayed 3 nights in the hotel (not cottages) however, our room was only cleaned once. The hotel restaurant is very nice. Hotel staff is very friendly.”
“The room was great no carpet which is a plus and nice clean bed but the walls paper thin I loved hearing the person on the left us sing the bathroom and taking a shower and on the right had his tv so loud I could watch the game in my room with the volume off and hear every word including their conversation.”
“Room itself was clean and tidy, but AC was extremely loud when kicking in and off. During the night power was lost for a few hours and attempt to communicate with staff in the morning ended up with us being told "all that's required are the emergency lights in the hallway" and "half our guests here relied on CPAP, not just you". Unbelievable rude considering I was very polite during the exchange. Email to the manager also ended with zero response. Very disappointing.”
“The entire campground was very sad looking. The dome as soon as you walked in, you were greeted with an overwhelming smell of must. Upon further looking it appears like there was mold along the sides of the dome. The shower had a bunch of hair within it. The TV couldn’t play anything without having to buffer every 2mins.
For what the experience was it was grossly overpriced.”
