“Clean and friendly staff. The hot tub was great.”

“We didn't have any wash rags in our room I had to wait til the last day and the front desk brought them to my room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom by the pool. No ice machine or vending machine as stated on the 4th floor. My key card was inactive 2 hours prior to Checkout, Breakfast was amazing & the lady running breakfast was amazing! Beds were comfy staff was nice. I would stay again. ”

“Cabana rooms require a long hike to back of hotel into another elevator and then a long hike around the bottom of hotel in the basement with pipes, old walls and no sunlight. At night the beach looks like a giant black whole. The sauna is no longer here. The staff, full bellman service and hotel restaurant were nice. ”

“Got an allergic reaction when entering the room. After we said we would have to leave they gave us another room. They should have done when I first told then about the moldy smell.”

“The view from our ocean front room was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was as expected for a hotel breakfast. The property is beginning to show wear. Areas where the flooring is becoming unglued, mattresses a little uncomfortable, built up rust and dirt in the tracks of the slider to the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly”

“Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Waste of time amd money. They said it was broken, but i believe they shut it down due to the large youth event they jad going on. Will not go there again.”

“The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am. Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do. Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either.. Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations..”

“It was a little confusing to check in since we were not told that check in was at the Lighthouse despite our reservation at Edge but we figured it out. Property is RIGHT on the water and the sunset was perfect. Even though we had a little mishap with the coffee maker in our room, there was coffee in the sitting area with plenty of comfy chairs and a wonderful view of the water. The staff was so friendly and helpful! This is certainly a hidden gem in Ocean City!!! Most definitely will be back!”

“I’m not sure but I requested a queen bed room but I think it was standard, bed was next to the door which made us uncomfortable, you can hear anyone in the hallway. The bathroom ceiling had mold looked like they tried to cover it up. The ac thermostat was loud and disturbing. ”

“Room did not overlook the beach, but you could see the beach from the left side. We didn’t get the room for the beach view. Place was clean enough, very limited bedding option. No extra blankets, pillows, or any other bedding for the pull out sofa; we didn’t need to use it anyway but it would have been nice if it was included. Other than that, the beds were soft, the room was clean enough, and the check in and check out was a breeze. Good price for an offseason weekend”
