“I thought it was far from the airport after I booked it but it wasn’t that far. It far exceeded the other hotel we booked the week before and paid more and was still in the 1980’s era. ”

“The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

“The property has great character and is in a good location. We had a half view of the water. Apart from from the air conditioning unit on the roof next to the unit it was nice and quiet. The staff are very helpful. Unfortunately we had some issues with getting hot water in the shower at night but ended up okay in the morning. Pipes had not been used recently. We will certainly return to this lovely character hotel. Great for couples and value for money.”

“Richmond är trivsamt och vackert med en fin hamndel med bra restauranger och hygglig shopping. Tyvärr har kinesiska investerare köpt stora delar av husen vilket gör att det är aningen ödsligt. Om man, som vi, skall flyga nästa dag är det riktigt nära till flygplatsen (10 - 15 minuter) och det går bra att ta tåget in till Vancouver om man parkerar 5 minuter från huset.”

“I want to start off by saying for the price it wasn't the worst. But I want to make a few things clear. There are weird stains on the bed frames, bedding, and other furniture. Crushed buggs smeard on walls. Bring your own slippers as the floor is not clean. I would wipe down every surface your going to be touching. There is no lamps in the room. Only the over head light is available. There is no TV in the rooms either. The shared bathroom situation was a little frustrating as our roommates would...

“Very quiet and clean place all organized. I really love the bed so comfortable clean kitchen everything was on point no stress at all I would really recommend them and if I can any chance to visit BC I would just come back at the same address near to the malls every thing is just around the corner. Loved it”

“There was body fluids on the bathroom wall and no coffee anywhere on site. The staff worked in barefeet with flip flops. And the guest service was rude about us ordering food to our room at night told us not to use the lobby and walk all the way around with no elevator not worth 1300 for 3 nights at all .”
