There is a powder room on this level also. The main living room is divided from the dining room and kitchen by the large double sided contemporary fireplace.From here, you will find high ceilings with windows that offer an amazing view. One short flight up is another seating area/office with comfortable leather sofa. Here is where you will access the roof top deck. Talk about views! There are tables and chairs to enjoy the sunsets! If you head downstairs, you will find an oasis with windows that soar to the top levels of the house. Here, you will find your indoor hot tub, wet bar, fridge and sink, all for your entertaining and enjoyment. Step outside to the table and lounge chairs and enjoy the bay!
