“The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV....

“Great customer service and a great area”

“good”

“Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator. We did help a couple of guests...

“The front desk guy was nice and explained everything in a good manner. The beds were comfortable and very neat. The only thing I was surprised about was that I didn't see any body lotion. Also, I didn't like the fact that the soap wasn't in the bag as it usually is, it looked like it was used.”

“Very run down property! Doors getting into lobby didn’t work to start and no signs so people just stuck in rotating door! Under staffed at check in so took over 20 minutes and then our room…the inside door to room was torn up and looked like someone tried to bust through and broke in? A little concerning. Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,...

“Rent och fint hotell med bra service. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och Fort Mill är ett trevligt samhälle med mkt matställen i närheten ”

“The fridge was ok not the best and it was odd that there was no microwave? The room also smelled weird. It was fine other then those things”

“Room was clean but shear curtains were filthy. Mattress was lopsided on both sides and uncomfortable. Everything else in room was not too bad. Breakfast was good with many options.”
